Personal training for couples offers the same great benefits of 1-1 personal training but with a reduced cost. Train with your partner, a friend or a co-worker. You don’t have to share the same goal or even have the same level of experience, you just share the sessions together and get the same direct support from me as your personal trainer.

Build the confidence to enter any gym
Entering a big gym or going to a personal training session alone can be nerve-racking. Inviting a friend along is the perfect way to make the journey more enjoyable and ultimately stay more consistent.
In just a few short months you’ll learn everything you need to know to be able to enter any gym confidently.

Drop a belt/dress size
In addition to your shared personal training sessions. You’ll both receive support dedicated to improving your current diet and lifestyle.
This will help you to drop a dress or belt size, get in shape for your wedding or just simply feel much healthier and happier. In just a matter of weeks you can expect to feel a boost in your energy levels.

Learn and perfect your technique
You’ll both learn how to perform various exercises and movements, with a focus on targeting all areas of your body.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn everything you need to know about weight training as well as creating your own workouts. This provides you with everything you need. So that one day you can take things into your own hands.

Access to a huge workout library
To help you hit your goal faster you’ll get access to additional workouts that you can complete in your own time. You can complete these individually or arrange them together with your friend, partner or co-worker. The choice is yours.


Invited to live events and talks
You’ll also get access to live events and talks covering various topics around health and fitness. Specially designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals faster.

Accountability
With scheduled gym sessions, in app reminders and regular check ins, you will always be on track. However, if you do slip off track I will be in touch to give you that push you need. Personal training with a friend even gives you that extra layer of accountability too.
