“I have 2 face to face personal training sessions per week with Rob. These have helped me with accountability, because I know I need to turn up to the appointment. I also really enjoy the social element during sessions too as I prefer not to exercise alone. I’ve experienced huge benefits physically as well as mentally too”.
How has your diet and nutrition changed?
“My diet is now much better because I focus more on hitting my protein goal most days along with staying hydrated. I now have so much more knowledge around what my body needs, particularly when weight training“.
What would you say to anyone thinking about joining?
“It’s normal to be a little nervous about starting but honestly be brave and just do it. You won’t regret it”.
