Everybody is different with a different set of goals and challenges. Thats why at RJ-Fitness Personal Training, I am proud to offer a personal approach when it comes to getting you results online. This means that your program isn’t delivered in a one size fits all approach. The program is built around you and your needs and wants.

Maximize your time in the gym
Do you find yourself jumping from machine to machine and not really knowing what to do? Perhaps you even finish your workout early thinking you’ve done enough, when you really didn’t do much? Then you’re in the right place because my online training app provides you with a clear list of exercises to follow. So you’ll be starting each gym session with a clear plan to follow.
Access to a huge workout library
You’ll get access to additional video workouts and mobility sessions that you can complete either at home or after your gym session. These can help to improve your function, fitness and overall performance. Helping you to reach your goal faster.
Drop a belt/dress size
Your Gym sessions only form one part of your health and fitness. So in addition to your training program you’ll also receive extensive support to improve your current diet and lifestyle. Helping you to drop a dress/belt size and tighten up any loose areas. Most clients report a boost in energy levels as well as making better food choices in just a matter of weeks.
Learn and perfect your technique
Performing exercises without correct technique can not only increase injury risk. But it can also reduce the effectiveness of each exercise and result in wasted efforts. Thats why each exercise has a video demonstration, so you can learn how to perform the movement. If there is a particular exercise you are unsure of, just snap a video and send it to me. I will then give you some feedback on your form.
Accountability
At the start of the program we will put a plan in place to keep you on track. This will form the check in process, which is built around what you want and need. That could be a phone call, survey or message, at a frequency to suit you. In addition each gym session will be scheduled with an a reminder to give you a gentle nudge.
Community
Every few months I bring all my clients together for a live event/ talk covering various topics. This is a great opportunity to meet other like minded people whilst achieving your results faster.
